iPad mini 6 can't connect to this app (on Samsung S8) #22

iPad mini 6 can't connect (tried with zwift, rouvy) to this app running on a Samsung S8, while a 2016 ipad pro can. Both iPads are running iOS 15.1. As usual my macbook pro also connects fine.

The iPad mini 6 can connect to BLE power source (Wahoo Kickr Snap) without problem though. At this moment I have no idea what's the issue. I would assume this has something to do more with the ipad mini 6 than this app.

By using packet logger on that iPad mini 6, it looks like the connection failed to be established.

Compared to a successful connection from a macbook pro below:

I would assume this is not software related and can be a firmware issue of either S8 or iPad mini 6. Since I don't have any other device that can run CSC BLE bridge to verify if this is more about the peripheral or master, I will stop here then. Nothing I can do as of now.

Just tested on iPadOS 15.2 but the issue is disappointingly still there.

Unfortunately same issue on iPadOS 16.1.1.
