Updated AntPluginLib to 3.8.0 for Android 10 compatibility #4

Upgraded AntPluginLib from 3.5.0 to 3.8.0 for compatibility as MODE_WORLD_READABLE on sharedPreferences has been deprecated. This makes the app unrunnable on Android 10.

I have more changes if you're open to more PRs.

This is tested on my Samsung Galaxy S9 running Android 10.
