Kosovo mislabelled as RS in `DATABANK_DEMOGRAPHICS` table #297

Hi,

I believe there is a small oopsie in the DATABANK_DEMOGRAPHICS table, as apparently Serbia is listed twice with two vastly different population numbers.

The ~1.8M number seems to be the population of Kosovo so I think that line is actually supposed to be labelled XK, as the quasi-standard ISO code for Kosovo. Wikipedia

Latitude and longitude numbers should also be updated to 42.59, 20.90 respectively as per OSM
