S3 CSV table incomplete #353

Describe the bug Not all available csv-s have been added to the list of S3 links

To Reproduce

  1. See that there is an existing vaccinations dataset (OWID_VACCINATIONS)
  2. Look for it in the Data Sets table in the main readme
  3. Have no results

Expected behavior All datasources that are available through the exchange should be discoverable through the repo.
