[BUG] - Map in Defaults to Germany and coordinates are in the US. #51

The map defaults to Germany\Europe when all long\lat coordinates are in the US. Once you select a filter the map renders to the proper places.

@sdbscottdever can you maybe provide an example dashboard to reproduce the issue?

Mapbox autozoom is not always able to determine the bounding box of the displayed data. But in those cases you can always disable the autozoom and in the visual settings you are able to set the zoom level and the center of the map that is used on each page view.
