[BUG] - Tooltips in Power BI Service (Web) #68

Describe the bug For the new Power BI created reports, most probably after April 2023, the tooltips work in the Desktop version, but are not showing after publishing to Power BI Service. It's strange that the tooltips are still working perfectly for old reports, it's just for new created reports. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create "NEW" Power BI File
  2. Setup a Mapbox visual with tooltips.
  3. Publish to Power BI Service
  4. Check tooltips
