You are going to need to be a little more specific.

Technically the application is multithreaded, but thats mostly for background tasks, and UI updates For the controller/adapater which talks between keyboard mouse/ and PS remote that doesnt need to be multithreaded to improve performance. Assuming you are not talking about the initial application load, and you dont have nosleep mode running, then you shouldnt see performance issues, and i cant forsee how multi threading would improve
