Fix docs build #664

Extension error:
Could not import extension sphinxcontrib.applehelp (exception: cannot import name 'SkipProgressMessage' from 'sphinx.util' (/home/cliffk/anaconda3/lib/python3.12/site-packages/sphinx/util/__init__.py))

Fixed by this, not sure why!

pip install sphinxcontrib-applehelp==2.0.0 sphinxcontrib-devhelp==2.0.0 sphinxcontrib-htmlhelp==2.1.0 sphinxcontrib-jsmath==1.0.1 sphinxcontrib-napoleon==0.7 sphinxcontrib-qthelp==2.0.0 sphinxcontrib-serializinghtml==2.0.0
