Also I don’t have linear.png or eth_distribution.png or steady_state_behavior.pdf Please upload those to the GitHub.

I can't seem to find these either....Looking for them

I've added some of the missing files. I don't have the staker distribution as that is proprietary info. Please checkout this branch and see if you have what you need @sjdthree
