Keyerror in file Snakefile_TGS, line 23 #22

When I ran Snakefile_NGS, everything include the output file were fine. While, when I ran Snakefile_TGS, somthing wrong were happened . Here is the detail information. 1709535136555 Is there any solutions to solve this problem? Thanks.

I guess i found the reason. In the release code “panpop-NC2024”， The parameters "MIN_SUPPORT_CALLER_WITHOUT_ASSB" and "MIN_SUPPORT_CALLER_WITH_ASSB" were not added into the "config.TGS.yaml" file. I readdaded the two parameters into the "config.TGS.yaml" file and the problem solved.
