郑博士您好，我尝试用panpop处理9个三代数（5个hifi 4个ONT）使用-j 30 60 90 120 都会卡掉这大概是由于什么原因？电脑是64核芯128线程，512G内存

snakemake -j 120 --reason --printshellcmds -s Snakefile_TGS

cannot create tmpdir: /run/user/1000! at /home/chiyong/soft/panpop/scripts/realign.pl line 128.

请按照说明改参数：

Please note that the default temporary directory is configured as /run/user/UID. Should this directory not exist on your system, you will need to specify an alternative directory by modifying the memory_tmp_dir parameter in configs/base.yaml.
