Self filter for UAV #61

This is node for creating self filter of the UAV part that will be on the image.

Just put the UAV on plain color surface (White is best) and tune the param mask_thresh.
The mask image (CV_8U) type will be saved under .ros directory.
Mask is important when doing image processing like tracking, detection to avoid confusion.

Please rebase origin/master, because travis does not work until today and all test does not fail regardless it has a bug. Also adding test codes of your great contribution is very very welcome. :+1:
