[jsk_mbzirc_tasks] add rviz for task3 / fix namespaces of UAVs
Description
[x] [jsk_mbzirc_tasks/config/task3.rviz] add rviz config file for task3
[x] [jsk_mbzirc_tasks/launch/jsk_mbzirc_task_3.launch] add launch file for task3 and split namespaces
[x] Add model of box for re-locating objects (see Rule p.7)
[x] fix: No camera image published on UAVs
This fix includes PR to upstream (
https://github.com/ros-simulation/gazebo_ros_pkgs/pull/460
