many files in ROS global /bin #230

$ ls /opt/ros/groovy/bin

shows many files from rtm-ros. But I don't think it's something we have to work on immediately; I know core ROS team has been trying to keep that folder clean but there hasn't been any announcement for it as far as I know. That said I set this wontfix.

what file you hvae under groovy/bin, I only realized three files as showen in -> http://jenkins.jsk.imi.i.u-tokyo.ac.jp:8080/job/hironx-catkin/ws/catkin_ws/install/bin/ and it reasonable to have rtmlaunch and rtmtest should be installed under grobal bin directory.

Not all of these might not be made by rtm-ros though, I'm seeing:

rtmlaunch    
rtmtest
rtmstart.py

But like I said, we might not have to care this now, since there's probably no official instruction to keep global /bin clean.
