[hrpsys_gazebo_general] Use collect path to model by generating SampleRobot.conf from SampleRobot.conf.in #207

とりあえず動くバージョン。

$PROJECT_DIRを使うったほうが良い. model: $(PROJECT_DIR)/../model/sample1.wrl
