[hrpsys_gazebo_general] install whole robot_models directory #230

Fix the problem that Kinect directory in https://github.com/start-jsk/rtmros_gazebo/tree/master/hrpsys_gazebo_general/robot_models is not installed. This problem was found thanks to @wkentaro.
