change impedance param for jaxon #514

Changed default impedance parameter for JAXON referencing DRC's param (https://github.com/jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_demos/blob/master/jsk_2015_06_hrp_drc/drc_task_common/euslisp/robot-util.l#L434-L464)

I verified this parameter with JAXON1 and JAXON2.
