Hello. Could you please provide some more information about this issue? Please include details such as your balance and the amount of the transaction you were creating. Did you resolve the issue?

This is Grace from StartJOIN. Apologies if your previous queries were missed, I will now look into this and step by step help you recover the funds.

Since we may have missed earlier queries - can you confirm for me: Deposit Address of your StartJOIN account. Where are you sending funds from? If it’s StartWallet, app or web browser? Do you have a transaction ID for the sending of funds? The value of your transaction.
