Balance is calculated wrong and as of it i cant withdraw Startcoin #16

Can someone please help

  1. What is the minimum amount in startcoin, euro or whatever to withdraw?
  2. Why is the value of the coin wrong in the app. as of now the right value = 16 euroct that is about 80 euro?
  3. And most important. How can i redraw my coins
