Forgot password form doesn't send e-mail #723

On https://starcellbio-qa.odl.mit.edu/ for an instructor account, I never received the "reset password" e-mail.

I managed to reset my instructor password, the email was properly sent. Was this fixed in the meantime? Can someone else confirm this is working?
