Remove parted middleware #27

The parted middleware is causing problems with using the explorer. It is safe to remove it from the baseline.

Primary change is to the middleware.json. The other file changes are just resolving some merge conflicts.

I took out the casperjs dependency. I think it is ok to merge at this point.
