creates first version of index.html and index_style.css and adds accompanying directories and files. Also contains dummy files just to see links working. I plan to remove them in order to not conflict with other pages.

@Rauld1 it looks like you committed your node_modules directory by mistake. It's huge so I made a new pull request that rewrites history so we don't have multiple megabytes of unnecessary file changes under git.

Closing because #29 replaces this.
