Removes the table column, 'Layers'.

microbadger.com has been shut down. img.shields.io badges should be used instead.

So what I've recently discovered with https://github.com/startersclan/docker-steamcmd/pull/6 can be seen over at https://github.com/startersclan/docker-steamcmd/blob/7325d84c147d3f124499ba0798d8f99399048de9/README.md where the https://img.shields.io/docker/v/ badge prepends a v to the image tag by default for tags starting with a digit but not so for those starting with a character. @leojonathanoh
