Adds example documentation so that users know the best practices for starting servers using docker run or docker-compose,

Also includes revision to the 'Updating' section in README.md.

@joeltimothyoh based on #27, the repo lacks examples for how to launch some important games. I think it might be good to add more working game examples in the form of a yml definition in docker-compose.yml
