Package uninstallable #24

My environment is MacOS located behind a firewall.

I am trying to install this C++ extension to StarUML. I cloned this repo, but it does not seem to provide any build instructions, so I assume it is usable as-is.

When I point StarUML Extension Manager at the directory where Cpp was cloned to (giving it URL file:///Users/name/src/Cpp), it fails to install it. When I point the Extension Manager directly at the package.json file in the Cpp directory, the result is the same (fails with Internal Error).

Would like some help please.

Succeeded by copying the entire content to the .../extensions/user/Cpp directory. I still think the README should mention this.
