some are talking about heartbeat on the Domoticz causing this problem. and how can I change it.

I am quite new to this, but is there special sequence the 3 services have to be started. And how do I check it.

now I got lucky to pair all of my IKEA devices. I can control all my bulbs, but not my E1743 remote. I don't get any reaction, when I click on and off. Neither on the dashboard or logs. what could I check ? Is the E1743 a dimmer, selector or on/off ? (see screen dump

remove the device from your network (from yaml and DB) and re-pair. Had the same issue, worked for me.

now I have deleted the device in both files and paired several times but still with no result.

as you see, it's creating a device and it's also shows up in the device list on Domoticz. I can see the device in the configuration and database file. But I still don't any action when I click on the device. Not in the log or in Domoticz

Yes, stopped both domoticz an zigbee2mqtt.

stopped domoticz and zigbee2mqt
deleted the device in configuration.yaml and database.db
started zigbee2mqt
started domoticz
Paired device
stopped domoticz
stopped zigbee2mqt
started zigbee2mqt
started domoticz
found the device in Domoticz

No, problem is between zigbee2mqtt and your zigbee network: zigbee2mqtt can't recognize the device model connected to the network.

can I do something manuel ? how should the "string" look in the database, because it looks correct for me !
