since 3.1.0-beta non battrey powered device are created with battery flag and level to 0 #703

Issue description since 3.1.0-beta non battrey powered device are created with battery flag and level to 0 it create false notification at plugins start.

With domoticz 13495 I don't get the above "battery flag on non-battery devices" any more. Anyone else who can confirm?

i confirm after upgrade to domoticz 13495 and re creating devices it s ok
