Zigbee plugin menu no longer works #734

I noticed that the Zigbee plugin menu no longer works (still "loading") if you do not set the api_transport device created in the devices menu to used (the device appears in the "Utility" menu). Do you think this is normal? You can hide the device by adding a $ in front of the name but it's weird.
