Downgrade plugin #825

Issue description Hi there, is there some proper way how to downgrade from 3.2.0- beta back to 3.1.0, this version is making me some issues. Thank you

Additional information Zigbee2MQTT version: 1.26.0 Python version: Domoticz version: last stable Plugin version: 3.2.0-beta

Close it please, i have figured it out, just commit version number had to be changed to version 3.1.0 and do it like plugin downgrade says.
