Working now, here how it was done:

  1. start install.bat , it will download new termsrv.dll in the C:\program Files\RDPWrap This will also give an error that is cannot download the new .ini because Win11 considers it an insecure file
  2. Download the ini and copy it into he C:\Program Files\RDPWrap folder
  3. Reboot (must reboot otherwise it will still show "not listening")
  4. Now it should show "listening" and "Fully supported"
  5. logout from Win11 !
  6. remote login
