403 or 404 error when trying to access wiki page

[GoogleCodeExporter]

1. Create link to a page as @page[/] "a page" somewhere.
2. Try to access the page.
=> got 404 error

1. Create link as @page[123?] "123?".
2. Try to click on it
=> got 403 error
