pre-fork 对性能提升很少,象 Monoceros 之类现在都性能好多了. https://www.slideshare.net/kazeburo/yapc2013psgi-plack

I don't see a claim in Feersum docs about pre-fork improving performance; if you see one please send a pull request to clarify it and/or link to Monoceros. Thank you!
