[Feature] Rating and recommendation system #474

Allow rating scenes, performers and studios with up to five stars. Recommend other scenes, performers and studios based on mine and other users ratings.

This is two requests and might be better if they were split out

  1. Add the ability for users to rate performers, scenes, and studios. I'm assuming the cumulative rating from all users would be presented on the respective pages of each entity
  2. Add a recommendation system
