[Feature] Language Choosing Bar should be in the home page. #2178

First, congratulations on the version 0.12 !! It's a great release !! The setting's new interface is very nice !

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The first page we see should be the place where we can change the language. It's not easy for non-English users to go through "Settings->Interface->Language" to change the default language.

Describe the solution you'd like Put the language change bar in the first page of Stash. The word "Language" should be in several languages.

It should actually be on the first page of the setup flow, and probably also autodetected from the browser's locale

True, setup need to be multi-lingual too. From my experience as a Chinese, the browser locale usually is not our preferred language, but we use it anyway. If a Chinese fellow sees the current interface, he/she might have some hard time finding the language setting.

I believe the setup flow has already had i18n work done, we just don't have the switcher.

This also can be an accidental language switch protection.

Please look at the photo below, do you think regular users will know where to switch the interface back to English?

By the way, LOVE the new all Chinese interface ! It's almost perfect !
