[Bug Report] Video player play button touch overlay overlaps with video progress bar #3493

Describe the bug Video pauses if progress bar tapped in the center

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: use touch controls, start any video, wait for the contols to disappear, then tap to display the UI, tap in the center of the progress bar

Expected behavior To not pause when touching progress bar

I was unable to reproduce this on my Iphone 14 with Google chrome.

Wasn't able to replicate either on iPhone 15. Really really had to try and fat finger it and completely miss the progress bar.

I have accidentally paused videos before, but pretty sure that was also PEBKAC.
