[Feature] Add default scene pane configuration option #4252

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When editing lots of videos, it adds extra steps to have to click to the edit pane of the videos view

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like a UI configuration option that allows you to choose which pane opens by default in the video view to be able to select the edit pane to be able to quickly edit videos faster.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

You could use the e keyboard shortcut, but maybe a default pane is also needed.

yea that does help a bit but yea when going through lots of videos, any additional input required to get to the edit pane takes time.
