[Bug Report] Removed blobs folders are not removed

Describe the bug Maybe I don't understand this properly but I thought that once you use Clean Generated Files with Blobs, it will remove blobs not connected to data with proper folders. But folders stays creating after sometime a lot of mess in folders structure.

To Reproduce

• Clean Generated Files
• Mark Blobs

Expected behavior Blobs and folders are removed.

Stash Version: (from Settings -> About): v0.27.0

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Win11
• Browser: Chrome
• Version: 129.0.6668.90

I removed all empty folders manually so reduced everything around 50% and it looks Stash is way more responsive.
