[Feature] Pinned / Favorite Scrapers #5460

Describe the solution you'd like Love the fact that the new release has pinned the Stashbox scrapers to the top of the scrapers list! Made me think that it would be cool to add other "pinned" scrapers.

Could be based on how frequently they are used, or maybe some kind of "favorite scrapers" feature that would simply add the scrapers to the top of the list.
