[Feature] Add IMPORT option to import tags, galleries, performers, and studios

There's a clear option to export tags, galleries, performers, and studios. But I could not find an option to import the data. It's common practice for applications to have an import option in the same menu as the export option. Please add import option for all associated export menu options.

Add a link that will give clear details on how to import the data. FYI: The following link doesn't actually give any details on exactly how to import (or even how to export) the tags. https://docs.stashapp.cc/in-app-manual/tasks/jsonspec/

I also couldn't find a relevant question in Stash Issues which gave any details on how to import the data. https://github.com/stashapp/stash/issues?q=import+tags++json

I found the GUI option to import the data. Settings->Tasks->Metadata->[Import from file]

The menu which has the export option should have an import option to jump to the same action. Or it could have a [Import from file] button.
