[Feature] Scan for changes on startup #895

It would be great to have an option to toggle scanning for changes to images/videos on startup.

could this become a bounty? I also generally only turn stash on, when I have downloaded new videos for stash..

I am aware that bounties are handled on Open Collective. Your screenshot literally says "confirm with the Stashapp team on github before proceeding". This is me confirming on github that it is OK for this feature to become a bounty.
