Relocate ExtraSounds sound settings #80

Hello, I suggest moving the settings of the ExtraSounds mod a little, since its current location is not quite suitable, which creates an unoccupied space, what do you think about this? image

Or alternatively, it would be possible to expand the voice/speech sound settings if possible. image

I think ExtraSounds follows vanilla behaviour.

But this screen provides via SoundCategories. Strictly speaking, it depends SoundCategories, not ExtraSounds.

Moving the custom category right next to Voice/Speech will not leave enough space to fit the settings icon, and expanding the Voice category emphasises it for no reason, even though it has no precedence over others. The workaround I can think of to both of these issues is to just place titles for Minecraft & mod volumes, so there's clear separation between the two.
