Added Kazakh translation #20

After replacing all the hard-coded strings with resource references, I managed to sucessfully build the app, but it's worth double checking the modified StatusLabel.java and MinesView.java files (I have no programming experience and couldn't un-hardcode "Mines blocked: " string until I found some solutions on stackoverflow... but I don't know if passing Context to StatusLabel is the right thing to do)
