Hello!

I have created a script to convert the output of Vaquita to an output compatible with the rest of the analysis.

I've also made some small fixes to issues that I found, namely with Sniffles regex sometimes missing the SV type... Also with the path to the conversion scripts.

Thank you for notifying a bug in convert_Sniffles.pl. I updated the file as well as convert_Vaquita_vcf.pl.
