Progenesis peptide file #83

Dear colleagues,

It would be very helpful to have example files to work with progenesis. Particularly the peptides file (does it have to be .txt?) and annotation file.

Dear Àlex

I don't have access to Progenesis files myself; their import functionality is entirely based on files that were sent to me by users, but for which I do not have explicit permission to share them. Progenesis files are typically .csv (comma-separated value) files. Annotation files are typically .xlsx files. If you would be willing to share Progenesis files, I'd be glad to accept them as examples.
