Preprocessing error: "need at least 2 points to select a bandwidth automatically" #43

Hi, First thanks for this great app that helps me alot with my proteomic analysis! I am getting an error at the preprocessing step on a new dataset (from MaxQuant). In the Shiny App, I am getting the following error: "error: need at least 2 points to select a bandwidth automatically"

Could you please let me know what I am doing wrong and how I can solve the problem? Please find below the details:
