Add config to respect the visibility of publish status and dates from Shopify #227

This PR ensures that the add-on respects the "Online store" visibility in Shopify, both in terms of publish status and date.

For now this is wrapped in a new config honour_publish_status_and_dates but this will be removed in the next version and this will be the only option.

If you want to opt in now, set shopify.honour_publish_status_and_dates to true
