Is this 1.5 compatible? #3

I'm getting JS errors and no editor displaying.

Uncaught ReferenceError: EpicEditor is not defined

Hasn't been touched in many months. Will get it on the list to test out.

The add_to_control_panel_head function doesn't seem to be firing. I'm not seeing epiceditor.min.js in the document.
