Asset thumbnail: Use custom title field for name if it exists #1015

When an asset has a meta field named title, could we replace the basename with the title on the Asset thumbnail? I found this pull request https://github.com/statamic/cms/pull/6884 that's similar, but shows the Title field in the search results.
