RevisionSaving event #1028

It would be quite useful to have a RevisionSaving event.

In a collection without revisions, I can prevent the user from saving the page via the EntrySaving event. However, if revisions are enabled, the EntrySaving event only triggers on publish. That makes it impossible to stop the user from saving a page (meaning, the working copy or revision).
