Make the validation error message 'The data was invalid' clearer in Assets manager #1068

Hello. If the content manager uploads a file to Assets and the file is invalid, it will only see the error The given data was invalid. But not the reason why it occurred. This is an inconvenience for regular users of the control panel, because they will not open the browser console to see the errors messages.
